This website is operated by Ginger Consultancy Limited (company no. 13860899).

Registered at Wey Court West, Union Road, Farnham, England, GU9 7PT (“we”, “us”, “our”). We trade as JCV Consulting / JCV. Contact: jc@jcv.consulting.

Sites covered. These terms apply to jcv.consulting and jean-claude-vacassin.mykajabi.com (the “Site”).

Use of the Site. By using the Site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Availability. We try to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or secure. We may suspend or withdraw the Site without notice.

Your account. Keep credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use. Do not: (a) break the law; (b) copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site; (c) upload malware; (d) try to bypass security; (e) infringe others’ rights; (f) use the Site for unsolicited marketing.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site is owned by us or our licensors. You may view for personal/business reference only. No reproduction, distribution or public display without our prior written consent.

Links. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer. Site content is for business education only. It is not legal, financial, tax, HR or medical advice. Obtain professional advice before acting.

Liability. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable rights. Subject to that, we exclude implied terms and will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to £100.

Governing law. England & Wales law; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Terms of Sale (Digital products, subscriptions, programmes & events)

1. Who we are and how to contact us
Ginger Consultancy Limited (details as above). Contact: jc@jcv.consulting. Prices shown incl. VAT (VAT no. 403789778). Payments processed by Stripe in GBP (£).

2. Our offers

• JCV Premium – rolling monthly subscription for owner-operators.
  
• Mastermind – rolling membership with closed WhatsApp group, fortnightly Q&A, ~3 meet-ups/year, priority coaching (-50%), Premium included.
  
• Playbooks (On-Demand) – topic-specific packs (typically video ~30 mins, concise written notes (PDF + in-platform), templates).
  
• FBA – Fitness Business Accelerator – 10-week programme (Kajabi course released weekly) + 1 coaching call per week. Payment: £5,000 one-off or 3 × £2,000 monthly (first payment due 2 weeks before start; final payment at programme week 6).
  
• Live events/meet-ups – as advertised.
  
• 1:1 consulting – by separate statement of work.
  

Access rights. One licence per purchasing company. Seats are not shareable beyond your employees/contractors. No resale or redistribution.

3. Ordering & access
Orders are accepted when we (or Kajabi) confirm by email. Digital products are delivered via Kajabi with instant access unless stated otherwise. If instant access is provided within 14 days of purchase, you acknowledge you expressly request immediate performance and lose the 14-day cooling-off right for the accessed digital content.

4. Subscriptions, renewal & cancellation

• Premium (£49/m): Auto-renews monthly until cancelled. Notice: 30 days. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No pauses.
  
• Mastermind (£799/m): Auto-renews monthly until cancelled. Notice: 90 days (this supersedes any earlier references to 60 days). Access continues during the notice period provided invoices remain paid. No pauses.
  
• On-Demand Playbooks: Single purchase; perpetual access to the purchased pack for the life of the platform.
  
• Library credits (if used): [e.g., Premium members receive 1 credit/month; credits roll up to 3 max; redeemed packs remain available after membership ends.]
  
• FBA: Access is time-bound (10 weeks). Start dates and cohort details are provided after purchase.
  

How to cancel. Email jc@jcv.consulting from your registered email. Cancellation is effective when we confirm receipt. You remain responsible for any amounts due during the relevant notice period.

5. Refunds

• Premium: No refunds for partial months or periods already billed.
  
• Mastermind: No refunds; fees remain payable during the 90-day notice period.
  
• Playbooks: Non-refundable once access/download has begun (you consent to immediate access).
  
• FBA: Once the programme has started, you are liable for the full fee. If you purchased online and are more than 14 days from the start date, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund; if you request access to pre-work or the programme starts within that period, you consent to immediate performance and waive the cooling-off right.
  
• Events/meet-ups: [Default] Full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the event is >30 days away; 50% refund if cancelled 15–30 days before the event; no refunds within 14 days of the event. You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours before.
  

6. Community conduct & moderation
You agree to keep group content confidential, be respectful, and avoid solicitation/spam. We may warn, suspend, or remove access for breaches; no refund is due where removal is for breach.

7. Coaching calls & recordings
Group calls may be recorded for members’ use. Do not share recordings externally. We typically retain recordings for 12 months.

8. Intellectual property & licence
All materials remain our IP. We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the purchasing company for internal business use. You must not copy, share beyond your team, resell, republish, or train AI systems on our materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers
Content is business education, not legal, financial, tax, HR or medical advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions.

10. Liability
We do not exclude liability where unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, or other indirect/consequential loss.

11. Force majeure
We’re not liable for delays/failure due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing law
England & Wales law; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy (UK GDPR & PECR)

Who we are

Scope
This policy explains how we process personal data on jcv.consulting and jean-claude-vacassin.mykajabi.com.

Data we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email, company, job title, postal address, phone.
  
• Account & purchase: login details, products purchased, subscription status, invoices.
  
• Payment: processed by Stripe; we receive limited payment metadata, not full card numbers.
  
• Usage & device: pages viewed, events, IP address, device/browser (via cookies/SDKs).
  
• Marketing & attribution: email preferences, UTM/referrer data, ad interactions.
  
• Community & support: WhatsApp handle, messages you send us, support tickets.
  
• Programmes: assessment/quiz responses, call recordings (where applicable), testimonials.
  
• Event attendance and dietary/access needs disclosed by you.
  

We do not intentionally collect special category data. Please do not submit health or other sensitive data.

How we use data & legal bases

• Provide services, manage accounts, deliver content and programmes (contract).
  
• Take payment, prevent fraud, maintain security (contract/legitimate interests/legal obligation).
  
• Customer support and service communications (contract/legitimate interests).
  
• Email marketing to subscribers with consent, and to existing customers under soft opt-in (consent/legitimate interests under PECR).
  
• Analytics and site improvement (consent for non-essential cookies; legitimate interests for essential).
  
• Legal, tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
  

Sharing & processors
We use trusted providers acting under contract:

• Kajabi (site, course & email delivery), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email/docs), Zoom (video calls), WhatsApp (community messaging), GA4 / Google (analytics/ads), Meta (ads), LinkedIn (insight tag/ads).

International transfers
Some providers are outside the UK (e.g., US). Where required, we rely on UK IDTA / EU SCCs with the UK Addendum and additional safeguards.

Retention

• Customer accounts & purchase records: for the relationship, then up to 6 years for tax.
  
• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.
  
• Recordings: typically 12 months.
  
• Support tickets: 24 months.
  We may retain data longer where required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.
  

Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection (including to direct marketing). To exercise rights, email jc@jcv.consulting. You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribe link).

Cookies & tracking

Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access.

Children
Our services are for 18+ and not directed to children.
