I’ve been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years, starting out as a personal trainer.

I founded W10, one of the first small group personal training gyms in the UK, and built the IFBA along the way, helping 500+ independent gym owners open, grow and scale.

W10 merged with Foundry in 2022. Today I’m CEO of Foundry, running seven sites across London and the South East.

In 2022 I rowed the Atlantic after a double hip replacement, raising money for CALM.
